Submitting Documents

Send us documents via the contact page in any format you wish and receive your quotation within 24 hours, guaranteed.  We will consider anything from a one-page web site or sales leaflet to a complete script or novel; just ask. Adobe™, Microsoft™, OpenOffice, Lotus Symphony™ and all major file formats are supported.

Documents may be submitted to us by email (preferred), by post, or by FTP to our server for documents larger than 10 Megabytes in size. We will also send and receive documents using PGP or GPG encryption if the content you are sending is sensitive.

Documents may be sent and returned in the following formats:

  • Word 2007
  • Word 2003
  • Word 97
  • Acrobat/PDF
  • Text File
  • OpenOffice.org
  • HTML
  • Google Docs

While the Word and OpenOffice.org formats are preferred, due to the ‘track changes’ functions, other formats are acceptable, and can be returned in the format of your choosing. Please ask us if you are unsure, or if your documents are in a format different from those mentioned above.

All documents, where possible, will be returned with ‘track changes’ data visible, so you may review our changes and comments. Where change tracking is not possible, your documents will be returned to you with visible markup to show our recommendations. In the case of HTML or text files, you will receive two copies – the original and our edited version for you to review.
